Wireless Facilities Inc. Securities Litigation

With Johnson & Perkinson as one of Co-Lead Counsel, Plaintiffs filed a Consolidated Amended Complaint in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California on November 19, 2007 that alleged that Defendants issued misleading statements to the market as a result of manipulation of asset values and manipulation of Company stock option grants. The case, captioned In re: Wireless Facilities, Inc. Securities Litigation II, 07-CV-00482-BTM(NLS) is brought on behalf of all purchasers and acquirers of Wireless Facilities securities between March 19, 2002 and March 12, 2007.

After the Plaintiffs filed the Consolidated Amended Complaint, the parties stipulated to a briefing schedule for the Defendants' response to the Consolidated Amended Complaint. According to the parties agreement and the Order of the Court, Defendants will file a responsive pleading by April 18, 2008.
