Johnson & Perkinson Files Amended Notice of Filing of Class Action Lawsuit Against Wireless Facilities, Inc.
South Burlington, VT – March 22, 2007: Johnson & Perkinson ("J&P"), hereby amends its prior notice regarding the filing of this suit. J&P’s prior notice incorrectly stated that if you boughtWireless Facilities securities between March 29, 2001 and March 12, 2007, you may, not laterthan sixty (60) days from March 16, 2007, move the court to serve as lead plaintiff. The correctdate for moving for lead plaintiff is 60 days from March 19, 2007. While other law firms have published advertisements referencing the filing of a suit on behalf ofsuch purchasers, J&P, along with its local counsel, Scott & Scott, LLP, assembled and filed theonly suit which has been brought on behalf of the plaintiff and the proposed class of purchasersof securities of Wireless Facilities, Inc. (NASDAQ: WFII) (“WFI” or “Company”) during theperiod March 29, 2001 to March 12, 2007 inclusive (the “Class Period”).
